SHIPPING TIME

We know you can’t wait to receive your jewellery, which is why our team will do our best to process your order within 24-48 hours.

Delivery time is around 10-15 business days, depending on country. 

This is an estimated delivery time. In rare occasions, delays may be affected by national holidays, extreme weather conditions, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances by courier. Gemmeria is not responsible for delays due to these factors.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is processed and on its way to you, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Please follow the link provided to track your order status!

Tracking information may take up to 5-10 business days to be updated in the system. If after 10 days, you are still not seeing any status update, please contact us and we'd happy to check for you internally.

WRONG ADDRESS

Oops! Did you accidentally place your order to your ex-boyfriend’s address? Please email us immediately!!! We can do our best to fix this for you only if the order has not shipped yet.

However, if the order has already been dispatched, we kindly ask for you to contact the local post office. They should be able to reroute the package to your desired address.
